Recently I decided to go ahead with one of my lifelong dreams – owning a vacation home on the Cape.  The following week I was at a work event, which included spouses, and I happened to sit next to a co-worker’s wife.  She introduced herself and told me she sold real estate on the Cape.  And I thought, it was meant to be!  Little did I know I would be working with the Cape’s finest.

At the time I lived in New Jersey so I had to make the most of my house hunting trips.  I only had a general sense of where and what I wanted to buy, but not too many specifics.  All of this was no problem for Amy.  She quickly helped me focus my search while making the most of my trips to the cape.  Her honesty, efficiency and thoroughness made the process a pleasure.  On the second trip we found 2 candidates.  I ended up making a bid on one of them.  Thanks to Amy’s conscientious research and due diligence she uncovered a missing certificate.  After much discussion between parties I ended up with a new septic tank up to code.  If it weren’t for Amy I would have inherited a problem.
